We are not only owned by tradesmen and veterans, but we also employ veterans and tradesmen. Therefore, we understand your tool needs and the importance of reliable, high-quality products. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms and conditions of our policy, our limited warranty covers products purchased from us or any authorized tool dealer against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Vydpxnge product. It does not apply to any subsequent or additional owners or transferees of the product. If you purchase through our site, we retain your information; however, if you purchase through an authorized dealer, you will be required to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you believe your TBW product has a manufacturing defect, please complete the form at https://vydpxnge.shop/pages/warranty. If eligible for replacement, we will (a) replace the defective product or (b) refund the purchase price of the product. We will also cover shipping and handling costs for approved replacement products. We may require you to return the defective product or discard it. TBW has the final say on warranty claims. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Out of Warranty

Vydpxnge's limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by shipping, storage, improper use, failure to follow product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance, modification, combination, or use of any product, material, or other substance not supplied or authorized in writing by Vydpxnge, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or external causes (such as accident, abuse, or other factors beyond our reasonable control).

Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as provided in this warranty statement. No performance or other conduct, nor any oral or written information, statements, or advice given by us or any of our suppliers, agents, or employees, shall create a warranty and in no way increase the scope of this warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Vydpxnge product, please complete the form at https://vydpxnge.shop/pages/warranty within 60 days of purchase to explain the circumstances. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.

Except for products designated as non-returnable on the Site, we will accept returns for a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling charges, provided that the return is made within 60 days of shipment and the product is returned in its original condition. If the product being returned or exchanged is not in 100% condition, the exchange or refund may be less than 100%. If the product is returned unusable, no exchange or refund will be given. You bear the risk of loss during shipping.

Limitation of Liability

The remedies set forth above are your sole and exclusive remedies and constitute our entire obligation and liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.
