Shipping Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

However, we will try to process them the same day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, but are generally shipped on the next normal business day.

For large orders, shipping may be delayed.

U.S. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Other options may be available at checkout, but FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority are our most common shipping services within the U.S.

For larger orders, UPS Ground or similar services are our preferred carrier/shipping service.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the product to the carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.

You must also file a claim with the shipping company and provide us with the claim number.
